If Death has Occurred and the Medical Examiner or County Coroner is involved
Contact California Cremation Centers at (800) 466-6110. We will contact the Coroner's Office to arrange release of the deceased.
Prior to us taking your loved one into our care, we will need a Coroner's release form signed by the closest next of kin. Most Coroner's have a transportation fee, which we must collect from you to give to them. Once we are authorized by the Medical Examiner or Coroner, we will receive the loved one to us.
If your loved one is presently at a Coroner's facility, be sure to print and complete the proper release below and fax to us with your other completed arrangement forms.
